Make your own conclusions

This is a new segment here, and I wanna show you two versions of a song performed for two artists, of course, the original and the cover.

This time I´m gonna begin with a good song of 80´s called " It´s my life" belonged to the british band "Talk Talk", and was a hit in that time. I like the original sound, their own style was great. The vocalist Mark Hollis not only was a good singer, but also he was a good musician , he played a lot of instruments. I really appreciate that in an artist.

And this group was considered precursor of  post-rock. Here is the original version , amazing and beautiful:

But unfortunately we have "this" , yes, this version was made by  No doubt. The clear example when someone can´t get enough ideas for making a new song and turns to make a cover and destroys a beautiful song. Ok,  relax rockzila , yes but I don´t like when  someone  makes a cover and people don´t even know about the original version. I´m sure many people didn´t know about it when began reading this post. 

Well sorry for No doubt fans , I don´t like their music, and I hate to make this but is the other side of the coin.
