Hello folks , let me tell you a story . One richest man( a sultan) didn´t wanna go to Michael`s concert , but he had the money to make a private. Well but in the other side was Michael who didn´t  impress a lot the money, but in that time he was in a tour (Jackson's History Tour) , so maybe he though it was  appropriate make it, further more if the richest man offered 15 and 20 million of dollars.
